FAQ
What sheet size should I buy?
4×8-foot sheets are the standard; 4×12 sheets mean fewer seams but need help to handle and a bigger vehicle.
How much waste should I add?
Ten percent covers cuts and breakage for simple rooms; add more around many doors, windows, or angled ceilings.
How is compound estimated?
As a rule of thumb, one box of all-purpose compound covers roughly 100 square feet of finished surface.
