FAQ
What is a SIP?
A systematic investment plan invests a fixed amount at regular intervals (usually monthly) into a fund. Spreading purchases over time averages your entry price and builds discipline.
How is the future value calculated?
Each contribution compounds from the month it is invested. The result is the future value of an annuity-due: P × ((1+i)^n − 1)/i × (1+i), where i is the monthly rate and n the number of months.
Is the return guaranteed?
No. The expected return is your assumption for illustration. Market-linked funds fluctuate, so actual results can be higher or lower than the projection.
